Each of the products listed on the House of Sheepskin website is inclusive of Postage and Packaging costs to Delivery Addresses situated within the UK Mainland. Postage costs to delivery addresses abroad vary based on the weight of the item and the location of the destination address, you will be quoted the exact cost of the item upon submitting your delivery details in the Checkout section. 

Should for whatever reason an item be mispriced, we reserve the right to contact you using the details you supplied when setting up your account and notify you of the items correct price. The same applies to shipping costs.

PRODUCT AVAILABLITY

We attempt to retain a level of stock with each of the items we sell, however, if and when an item that has been ordered becomes out of stock, unavailable or discontinued, we will contact to notify you. In these circumstances you are perfectly entitled to wait for the item to become available in stock. We are able to cancel and refund the order, and this is done so at our discretion.
